Evolution People was founded in 2012, one of the very first agencies in Italy to anticipate the digital revolution that led to the advent of consumer empowerment.
The inspiration for EP came from a business idea by Enzo Ciavaglioli and Simone Bianchi, who combined their experience in national and international communications and their digital skills, creating one of the first full-service digital agencies in Italy.
The early years were marked by experimentation and a gradual fine-tuning of the services offered, partly thanks to major brands that put their trust in EP, such as: Parmalat, Keglevich, Limoncè, Miss Italia, UnipolSai and the Piccolo Teatro di Milano. These were later joined by the Region of Lazio, Green Network and Fratelli Branca with its brands Fernet, Caffè Borghetti and Brancamenta.
In 2016, 2017 and 2018, Evolution People was included in the Financial Times’ “FT1000: Europe’s fastest-growing companies”.
More recently, we’ve seen social networks reach maturity as marketing tools, the explosion of instant messaging, mobile definitively taking its place at the centre of the digital world and e-commerce’s increasingly rapid development, as well as ever greater access to data for interpreting and anticipating consumer needs.
In keeping with its corporate DNA, EP has continued to evolve along these lines, developing its skills, enriching its offering and so reconfirming its mission:
